Display of Start11 Start Menu

I have Start11 on two machines which I have set to use the Windows 10 Start Menu.  Both machines were working fine until I installed Version 1.47. Now one machine displays the Windows 10 Start Menu but the other displays the Windows 11 Start Menu.  The settings on the Control Tab are identical.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try, uninstall Start11, important to reboot immediately after its done. Re-download the latest version again, just to be sure. Install it, reboot again. Retest it and report back.
