I have read some posts in the past that have attempted to solve this problem, but it is still occurring in version 4.21.02. I can move the fence, resize it, and I see the option to "remove fence" (the fences are unlocked). However, when I click on it, nothing happens.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
