Have Taskbar not show text next to icon for open programs? (Start11, win11 22h2)

In the image below, you can see that a program that is open has text next to it. E.g. Steam icon has the text 'Steam' when the app is open.

Is there a way to have this so it doesn't do this, which ironically Windows11 did.
