Change "All Programs" to "Tous les programmes" (french langage)

Hello !

My Start11 menu works how I want, there's just one thing that bothers me :
I'm french, but at the bottom of the Start menu it shows "All Programs".

Is there a way to change this text to "Tous les programmes" ?

And when I click on "All Programs" it shows "Back", is it possible to change this to "Retour" ?

I think this may be due to the skin you are using.  Some skin authors hardcode text there and hide the original text rather than let Start11 paint the translated text.
