Stuck in endless loop of trying to download file

When having a folder portal that links to an online folder on BOX, i frequently get this issue:

On closing an MS word 365 document, it re-opens a Windows file download box giving me the option to open/save/cancel the file. 

No matter what option i chose, fences crashes and my desktop (windows 11) reverts to its non-fences running state.

If i re-open fences, it immediately re-opens the windows file download. Again, no matter what option I chose, it closes fences. 

The only option I can do at this point to break the cycle is to reset my system.

Need to know your Fences version too. Also use Windows own "Winver.exe" to get full Windows version number.

Fences version is 4.10

Windows is 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1848)

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to download the latest version (Fences V4.19 Beta) from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
