When I switch between desktops (via task viewer), my taskbar freezes briefly, then my explorer is restarted and loaded again. So I can work normally like after 10 seconds or so after switching. Furthermore it happens only switching from my 2. desktop to 1. desktop and never from 1. to 2.
Any idea, why it happens and how to fix it?
You will have to provide a lot more information for someone to be able to help you. What Windows version you are running (full version number) and what Stardock software you think are the cause for your issues and if you are using any other software that can be the cause.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, do know Stardock does not support Windows on Insider/Beta release version. However we appreciate your report.
Also please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and see if that helps.
