Windows key doesn't show Start11

pressing any windows key only shows up the old default windows menu

I checked all the configs , settings they are all set to when I click this start11 should appear
clicking it manually shows start11 but when i click the windows key on my laptops keyboard i get the default windows11 start menu which is absolutely awful

pc specs (if matters) : i5 12500h, 16gb ram, 512gb ssd ,rtx3050 latest geforce drivers

This didnt used happen but it just started happening i dont know why,how never changed my anything while it stopped working

start11 never crashes or doesnt hang the sole problem i have is that the keyboard windows keys doesnt show the start11 menu even
when I set it to open multiple times restarted it multiple time with different combos too 

also if it matters my version is start11 1.41 
i didnt update since it was working perfectly fine and i got everything dialed in

Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Download Start11 V1.45 from your product account page. Install that version, reboot again immediately after, retest it and report back.

You must update to the newer version of Start11.  1.45 or later is required.  Changes in Windows 11 from June 2023 onwards required a change in how Win key is handled and 1.41 doesn't support that.
