need help with bootskins

I'm brand new to this, and I am trying to make a new bootskin for my comp. I selected the skin I wanted, DL'd it, and then tried to import it to BootSkin. But it wouldnt work, is there a tutorial or something that will show me how to get a file off this site and make it my bootskin?

Open the file with winzip or a zip utility and make a folder in your C drive under the bootskin folder and put all the files from the file you unzipped in that folder.

I think.

I could be wrong but that is what I do.

You also need the boot skin program.
