Start11: Strange Anomalies with Some Apps

1. When using Snipping Tool, the app is shown in the taskbar but once you click on "New" to take a screenshot, it disappears from the taskbar but the app is still running. For it to reappear in the taskbar, you have to do alt+tab.
2. I use iCUE software and when you right click its icon in the taskbar, it appears in the upper left corner. This only happens if you resize the taskbar in Start11 to small.
