[SOLVED] Doesn't pin certain app (German problem?)

Start 11 V1.45 in the 30 days trial, Win11
Used in Win10 tile style

There is a certain app that can't be pinned.
The app exe name is MB.EXE.
It lives in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Buhl\Mein Büro.

In order to pin it, I do it this way:
Hit Win Key.
Type "Mein...
Click "Pin.."
A message "Mein... was pinned...

But it's not there.

I tried to investigate in the registry under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\Start8
The item is not found in the registry.

My suspicion is that it fails because of the German character ü which is in the path.
Unfortunately I can't change the path, the app doesn't run when the name is changed.

I need a solution/hint/workaround.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Did you use Pin to Start or Pin to Start11?

also check if this setting is turned on.

Not solved yet:

1.)
In the context menu I don't have the Pin to Start menu (Start11) item.
2.)
The setting Pin Windows menu shortcut on Start11 menue is active.

I now checked if I can pin this app to the intrinsic Win11 start menu.
Yes, it's pinned.

Not possible in Start11.

Can you post a screenshot showing what you see when you right click on an "xxx.exe" icon.
