Star11 : since last Windows update, key winkey don't show star11 menu, but Microsoft menu.
If I click on Windows menu => star11 menu , it i ok
If use Windows key, I get windows menu and not star 11 menu.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try Start11 V1.45 Beta: https://forums.stardock.com/518875/. Remember to uninstall Start11, reboot immediately after uninstall finished. Install V1.45 Beta, reboot again after installation finished. Retest and report back.
