Start11 - new pinned shortcuts are always randomly added to existing groups

Hello,

I am here to complain about new pinned shortcuts, which are randomly added to existing groups of shortcuts.
Because of this, each time I need to waste time looking where new pinned shortcut has been added.
In original Start Menu shortcut is added somewhere outside and below of existing groups, which helps to locate it quickly.

Before adding the OneDrive shortcut:

After pinning a OneDrive shortcut:

As you can see it was randomly added to the first group. It can also be a different group for a different shortcut, I have no idea what rule it is, but it's very annoying.

When you add that OneDrive shortcut, does it go to the same 'System' group every time?  If you pinned another app, say Star11 itself, does it consistently go to a specific group?

@sdRohan Good question. At the moment anything is always being added as a second shortcut of the "System" category. But I swear that in the past it was being added also into other categories. I don't really understand how it should work...

About my OS: I had Windows 10 in the morning when I made this topic and now I upgraded to Windows 11 22H2. Issue is still the same (I reinstalled Start11).

All icons there are in a 'group'. How Start11 is working, when an icon from the Start11 is right-clicked \ pinned, its putting the icon in the last group created:

An option I have been asking for is a selection menu for it, something like:

While that is odd (and reproducible), it 'works' as I had shown if you pick 'Pin to Start' instead.  This is the contrast:

I have made the lead dev aware of the oddities of it.  Thanks for the feedback.

Yeah, I had it enabled. The problem was with the ExplorerPatcher. If you want it to work with Start11, then the styles options must be set to the "Windows 11 (default)". I had it on "Windows 10", which probably broke something in Start11...

Thanks for helping so far, I don't have any other issues (yet) |-)

I can finally use Windows 11, without modifications it's miserable XD
