Cannot drag 'n' drop from start menu to desktop: more info

Hi all.

Previously I have already opened a thread on this topics.
Here I show in more detail what happens and which are my settings of the configuration of Start Menu.

As you can see, the figure below reports my impossibility to drag and drop items from Start11 Win10 style StartMenu to the Desktop.
The snapshot doesn't report the position of the mouse cursor, but you can image it (while I'm holding down its left button) just above the item embedded into yellow frame which I'm trying to duplicate on the desktop .

Below I report the Start11 Win 10 style Start Menu configuration parameters I'm using.
Unfortunately most of the items are translated into Italian, but I assume that their position inside the list is the same in all the languages.

Herein I report 3 figures:

The Start11 I'm using is version 1.44. This is the first version of Start11 which I have installed, so I've no idea of which is the behaviour in older versions. My OS is Windows 11 Pro 64bit 22H2 build 22621.1778.
