Trying hide my profile picture but it has white areas

ok, this is litte problem but I want know why this happens only when use start11 and is there some fix (of course use different picture..). So i want hide my profile picture and want use black theme and then black profile picture but somehow when use default Windows 11 start menu its possible no any white areas (profile picture) and yes i tried use also default windows 11 so basically no theme there is no any white areas. But when use start11 then there is white areas. why this happens?
