Fences 4 Crashes due to Explorer Not Shutting Down Properly

My Fences 4 software crashes repeatedly due to a stated problem with Windows Explorer not shutting down properly. I also get a repeating BUG SPLAT crash report. To attempt a fix, I purged FENCES 4, rebooted the PC, and downloaded a fresh copy of the Fences 4 software with my key. the same thing keeps happening repeatedly.
