"Windows Tools" double folder in Win19 style of Start Menu

Hi all.

I'm using Start11 1.44 with StartMenu Win10 style. My OS is Win11 Pro build 22621.1702.
While using the "standard" Win11 Start Menu (> All Apps button > List of all apps) I have only one item named "Windows Tools" folder (in Italian "Strumenti di Windows") using Start11 this item is duplicated.

If I open the folder with the gear wheel at the left, the content in identical, ie a window with 35 tools appears, while if I click on the Windows Tools folder specific of the Start11 Win10 style Start Menu, then it expands and 20 items appear in the Start menu as content of that "Windows Tools" folder.
Below I report the two conditions ie Standard Win11 menu and Win10 style Start11 start menu.

The folder is more of a quick access option instead of opening the actual Windows Tools application

This kind of reflects back as it how these programs were laid out in previous versions of Windows
