Fences 3.0.9.11 Download

Hello,

I am looking to download the setup file for the older version of Fences 3.0.9.11, not the latest 3.13. I'm having trouble re-installing the new version on my system, but I had 3.0.9.11, so I would like to test to see if I can get it to install using the older version.
