Connection lost, Encryption key invalid... BUT WAIT!

So this issue has been discussed in this forum before, but here's the thing. I have the exact same issue as whoever that other guy had, but there's a catch... I CANNOT set the encryption key on the Primary PC. It's greyed out! I'm not exactly psychic, so I could use a hand here. What good is it if I can't even set it?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system. Please provide information listed below.

  1. Windows 7,8,10 or 11? Full version numbers. Use Winver.exe.
  2. Multiplicity KM, KVM, KVM Pro? Version number.

Secondary computer, main screen, bottom, needed to uncheck "only allow encrypted incoming...."
