Context menu intermittent display issue with WBOCX.ocx version 10.1.0.5

1. We encountered context menu text intermittently disappeared issue when the menu is highlighted with WBOCX.ocx version 10.1.0.5.

2. The issue is fixed after replacing the WBOCX.ocx with an older version 10.0.1.0. But we got version 10.1.0.5 for an older issue. So we're wondering if you have a fix for version 10.1.0.5 regarding version context menu display issue.

3. This issue is proved to be fixed if we turn off skinning for context menu by removing the context menu highlight skinning file MenuItemHighlight.TGA.

Do you have a new version of WBOCX.ocx for us to try?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to confirm something. This is regarding Stardock Windowblinds or any other Stardock product? Also, best to include you on Windows 10 or 11? And its full version numbers.

The Stardock product is called DirectSkin. The issue is reproduced in Windows Server 2019 Datacenter, full version: 10.0.17763 Build 17763.

DirectSkin is an enterprise product and is supported via a ticket if your support contract is valid (I believe it is).
