Groupy activation problem - "Email address is not valid for the product key"

Dear sirs

I am trying to activate Groupy on a new computer with my license key as shown it my profile, but your activation form doesn’t accept my email alltough that’s the same email that I can see in my profile

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise a support ticket using the link below, and use "Ask question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple tickets, that will make your ticket go back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Tickets will be answered in the order they're sent in.
