Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information. When you tried delete Shortcuts what error popup? And these shortcuts icons, if you disable Fences, can you delete is when its on your desktop?

I get no popups, it just doesn't do anything!
If i use [shift]+ [del] - it prompts me if I'm sure to permanently delete it. But nothing after this!
It doesn't change anything when disabling fences!
So, the issue is not from Fences since, you still can not delete it when Fences is disable, yes?
