Fences Just Choked. Auto Arranging Desktop Icons

I just awoke my Winblows 11 PC from standby and found all my icons, not inside fences, all pushed over to the left side of the screen. Any time I try to drag them back where I want them, they fly back to the left.

I can find no setting in Winblows desktop.

When I start the Fences app from the start menu, a pop up provides an incorrect image of how to make changes to Fences by right clicking the desktop. I found the button for "Fences Settings" buried in the VIEW tab (not above it as the erroneous screengrab in the pop up suggests) but clicking on it does nothing.

So I click on the button in the pop up that came after I clicked the Fences icon in the Start menu on the PC and:

I can find NO setting to shut off this very unwanted behaviour.

So:

1. MAIN Issue: My icons outside fences will not stay where they've been for the last year.

2. There are interface issues with inaccuracy in the app settings pop up and a bug in the right click-on-desktop- Fences option tab.

3. Oh yeah: Skydock: Quit FORCING updates on us! Oft times what they include are of zero interest or worth to me so I don't want to be NAGGED to install an update I've no need of.

4. 1 more: How BOGUS is it to pay for software and THIS is the only option for support?! I fully get why people steal software more and more as this is what passes for 'customer service'.

Please post a screenshot on which area you're referring to.

Stardock been doing Forum support for its product for years. And I don't see any problem with it at all. Would like to know what support method you are expecting for paid customer at this level.

Thanks
