Owner of 2 start11 single licenses, how to jump to multidevice license

Hello,

I already own 2 single lice,ces of Start11 and i would like to buy one more.

But i think it could be nice to jump to the MultiDevice license to get 5 licenses possibles, ie 3 remaining for me with already 2 owned.

How is it possible to get this MultiLicense by taking in account what has been already paid for the 2 single licenses ?
