WINDOWBlinds Black screen with nothing but white. Ursor

No one ever told me windowblinds would give me dish a heart attack!

It was a surprise when I installed windowblinds, and a few days later, hoping to have a “taste” of the styles before the 30 day trial ended, but on activating one style that particularly looked like a MacBook’s ( rounded window corners, colored maximize, minimize buttons, etc) few seconds later, I was greeted with a login screen and when I logged in, what loomed was a astonishing black screen of death!

 

I was totally freaked out and couldn’t achieve anything today. 

infact, I’m still struggling with the issue, only that someone here posted a similar issue and suggested to restart in safe mode…

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Did you try other style before that "macBook's" style? If yes without any issue, possibly the theme/skin too old to work with WB11.

No, i only tried that style.

 

luckily, i was able to temporarily disable windowblinds by clicking ctrl while logging in.

 

the screen is back to normal and i’m back to the default theme👍
