Installing Fences 4 on new machine

About 2 weeks ago I upgraded and installed Fences 4, unfortunately earlier this week that machine had a total meltdown. I'm now in the process of reaching reinstalling software, it has came to my attention Fences 4 require you to release the license to be able to install it on the new machine. Unfortunately, this is not an option for me. Without having to purchase a second license is there any other way for Stardock to do a license release?

I appreciate the prompt response, I was able to deactivate the Fences 2 but I'm unable to do the same with Fences 4 (upgrade). It shows up on my order history but not in my downloads (shown below). As such I'm unable to deactivate as indicated in reply #2

It possible your purchase was registered under different email address. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
