Need to know if you're trying to install into ARM base system? If not, need to know what error popup when you trying to install it.

I don't understand what you mean, I just buy windows 11 and I setup them on my pc, and I have inside music production softwares and games, thats all. The fence setup dosn't opening, and If you make search you will find more users to have this issues. Same problem.

I am trying to figure out what is the actual issue.

Can you post the links to those "more users" having the same issue please. I found only one : https://forums.stardock.com/510500/ and seem to me, he figure it out on his own how to resolve it but did not share the "how" part. Pity.
