Bug feedback: The configuration desktop partition on the desktop right-click menu does not respond

Hello, when I use fences4, there is no response when I click the right-click menu on the desktop to configure the desktop partition.

My system is Windows 11 Pro 22H2, OS version 22621.1555.

This problem was discovered when I accidentally clicked it more than a month ago, but I don’t know when this problem occurred. I tried to use the latest installation package to install, but I didn’t uninstall it. I’m afraid of losing my data.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Hello, according to the method you provided, I uninstalled fences4, restarted the computer, then downloaded a new installation package to install and activate it, and then restarted the computer, but the problem still exists, and it did not solve my problem

Not uninstall, its "purge" not just uninstall. Use the link.
