When you turn off Personalization/Transparency effects in Windows 11 Settings, Start11 no longer highlights the menu item under the cursor. Please fix this. Thanks!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can not reproduce your issue on my system. Please post a screenshot pointing to the area you're having this issue. Also need your full Windows 11 version number. Use Winver.exe. And, your install Start11 version.

The cursor is hovering over resource explorer in both cases.
The difference is the Transparency effects toggle.
