Feature request: option to confirm shutdown/restart actions

With the default Windows start menu, I can enable the "Display shutdown event tracker" to get a confirmation message when I click shut down or restart from the start menu, but it doesn't work in the Start11 start menu.

Is there a way to enable this behavior? I didn't see a setting for it, only the shutdown/reboot in remote sessions setting.

I frequently click shut down or restart when I meant to click sleep and then I have to wait for my computer to shut down and start back up, so this feature would be much appreciated.
