Good day, I have windows 10 pro 64bit with start 10 when i install start 11 do i have to uninstall start 10 first or can i just upgrade with start 11.

It is best to uninstall first than install Start11. I believe, you can use this guide to backup your setting https://forums.stardock.com/505872/start11-support-faq#backUpSettings. If the setting not carry over on Start11.
