start11's enhance the taskbar is interfering with the new message alert

Hi,

I found that Start11's enhance the taskbar feature causes WeChat's alerts to not display properly, resulting in missing new messages.

Normally (without Start11 installed), when WeChat receives a new message, it will blink several times and the WeChat icon in the taskbar will remain red to alert you of the new message.

When Start11's enhance the taskbar is enabled and the Never combine taskbar buttons are set, when WeChat receives a new message, it only blinks 2 times and then changes to a transparent color. (This can be annoying and make people unaware of messages)

Please see how I can solve this problem?
I want the WeChat icon to stay red (unread) after receiving a new message, even if Start11's enhance the taskbar is enabled.
