  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Need it full version number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Start11 version.
  3. More details on What shortcut? And execute from where on the Start11 start panel. Post a short video showing the issue would help us understand your issue.

I try, Shotcut, if this the actual application refer to here, I tested for few moments and I don't see any slowness issue. Maybe it is because I am new to it. Can you suggest something or some steps I can try out and see if I can see the slowness.

I don't think it has anything to do with Start11. Have you tried loading it without Start11 installed?
