Can't delete or remove fences in Fences 4

I have a new Dell computer with Windows 11 (ESET NOD32 for antivirus).

I installed Fences 4, tried repairing with the install program, tried uninstalling and re-installing ... all to no avail.

I tried reaching out to support and got a boilerplate email that said, "Thank you for contacting Stardock. At this time, no ticket was created. Please review the information below to address any issue you have and how to place a ticket if it does not help you resolve it."

I have never used Stardock Fences 4 before, but I've used Fences 2 and 3 on previous computers, and never had a problem.

If I right click > View > Lock Fences ... nothing happens. It's not checked, and nothing happens when I select it.

I can move the fence, edit the name of the fence and resize it. Nothing happens if I click on the burger menu of the fence and choose View > Roll Up Fence, but if I double click the header of the Fence it rolls up.

My copy is updated and product key is entered.

I have 3 4k monitors and the same issue persists on every screen.

Any ideas on how to remedy this?

Edit: ended up just uninstalling and then installed a FREE program that actually WORKS called PORTALS. https://portals-app.com/
