SUGGESTION: Option to "Fullscreen" application with transparent Start Menu

We can see under the start menu now, let's use it to get more screen real estate

I like how I can adjust my taskbar to be transparent, and I love to be able to actually use that screen real estate. My suggestion is when using transparent task bars, have programs use the entire screen as if the task bar wasn't there. That way we get to use more of our screen, and when we want to use the taskbar, you can just make it so that mousing over the taskbar darkens it a few shades.

Hello,

I believe this can be achieve similar result with Taskbar autohide turn on. You on Windows 10 or 11?

Thanks

Thanks Basj. The suggestion isn't bad, but I specifically don't want to hide my taskbar. Tiles 2 could potentially have been a viable alternative with your suggestion, but it lacks the customization options to really fit that niche.
