Order issues

2 years, instead of 2 licenses for 1 year each

I used to have 2 licenses, which you deactivated and NEVER responded to my support requests.  I hope your service is better today.  I wanted TWO licenses for 2 computers, and choose quantity 2.  Unfortunately you gave me 1 license for 24 months.  How do I fix that?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you purchase Object Desktop pack. It come with 5 active activation for all the software (except Multiplicity, only 1 activation for it) that come with that pack. Which mean, for example, you can activate Fences on 5 computer and another 5 for Windowblinds etc etc. All this activation will use only one key. And Object Desktop is 12 months subscription base. So if you pay for two that will be 24 months subscription.

Awesome.  That's perfect.  I LOVE Object Desktop!  I assume the version I bought IS the pack you are mentioning?

One last thing.  My login remains [email protected].  I changed that companies name 6 years ago.  I have emailed several times asking it to be changed, but gotten zero response. This is the first time I've actually gotten good service, so thanks.

Can my account be updated?  At some point I will not even recall this email address, and we will drop that domain name and the emails won't get forwarded.  Can we change this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the email change option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
