Can't move icons from dektop to fences

All of a sudden, when a new app is installed, or if I save a link to desktop, I cannot move the link/icon to a fence. This seems to be true of multiple fences. I drag it to the fence/group and it goes right back to the desktop. I am using Fences 3.1.3.3 and Windows 10. I don't know when the most recent version of Fences was updated. And I don't know if this began with recent Window updates.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Do you have anything new install recently. Last I remember something like this happened was because a user install Norton 360, which have its own desktop overlay that is controlling the desktop. Hence causing Fences not to work properly.
