Start 8, Activation Button

Please help... I recently re-installed START 8, on my Windows 8.1. I have my codes, .... I followed the instructions, several times, and after my computer restarted, there was no "Start Button" to start the application to "make it work".

Well, I've decided.... I used "Start 8" for many years, and never had a problem. All you needed was the "Activation codes" to make everything work, but this 81-year-old man will not pursue trying to make this application work any longer. It's too difficult to try this, then try that, then try this again. Oh, and how bout "we can't help you because you didn't start a ticket in the right sequence". All that for 5 Bucks...You "geeks" have beat me this time. I will take my "activation codes", Start 8, and ride off into the sunset. Adios muchachos!!!!!!

It is hard to troubleshoot issues without information on what you have installed hence the request for that information.

Support will be more than willing to help you once they have information.

My best guess without any information is your antivirus has stopped the Start8 service from autostarting.
