Start 11 version 1.41 Taskbar settings are not working: will not change even after reinstalling and restarting several times!

You need to enable enhanced mode taskbar in Start11 on that version of Windows.

Also you cannot have an autohide taskbar. This includes the new touch optimized taskbar if you are using a touch device.

How do I enable enhanced mode? I do not have auto hide turned on and no touchscreen
