Blank content if open start menu continueous in a short time

Exact Windows version: Win11 22H2 22623.1325 (Insider Beta channel)

It's not related to the theme, even if I disable WindowBlinds (Use the Windows default theme), it is still like this.

I found it happens very randomly... Sometimes even I open the start menu very quickly but it still can show the content, but sometimes not.

Again, I found something new... It's easier to reproduce if I switch a window. For example, If I open Windows Explorer then open start menu, then minimize the Explorer window then open start menu.... Something like that.

If the focus is on the desktop, I just continuously press the Win Key, it can show the content immediately(not always, but most of the time). If I do something, like open a window, open a browser, restore a explorer window from taskbar, minimize a window, switch a window like from explorer to browser... Then open start menu, it's very easy to show the blank content and need to wait the content be loaded.

I understand. But I don't think at this moment (22623) has much different to the release build. release is 22621 and beta build 22623 actually is the same image with 22621, but just different FeatureStore value changed (aka. A/B test).
