Fences 4.10 can't open settings

Hi,

Recently, after updating to Fences 4.10, on the Windows11 22H2 OS 22621.1413 system, it is no longer possible to enter the settings interface through the Customize Fences icon, and Configure Fences in the right-click menu bar also cannot access settings.

I have tried purging and reinstalling the Fences software; however, the language of Fences has changed to English. When I adjust it to follow the Chinese system language, I encounter problems accessing the settings interface again.
