Context Menu Suggestion

For your consideration:

I'm using Start11 and I've set it to never combine taskbar buttons, as I prefer this. But right-clicking on one of these buttons only gives me the option to "Close All Windows". If at all possible, when right-clicking on an uncombined button, I'd like the option to close only that window.
