Fences Issue on Ultrawide Monitor

Folder Text Showing on Fences but not portal

Hi There

I have two monitors, fences and portals display okay on one, but on the larger monitor the portal text is obscured.

Monitor 1 - 27In

Monitor 2 - Ultrawide 49In.

When I take a screen grab the text reappears (as above) for the screen grab then disappears, I had to take a photo of the screen to show what it looks like normally, see below.

I'm using Windows 10 and Fences 3

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try disable HDR from that monitor and see if the issue resolve.

Hi Basj,

Yes that worked, but the graphics quality dropped off elsewhere.

Is there anything else I could try?

You will need to move to Fences V4 for a HDR and better all around support for current and future Windows updates.

I've started the 30 day trial of Fence 4 ... and it worked.
