How to change Date Format from MM/DD/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY

Is there a way to change the taskbar date format to DD/MM/YYYY instead of MM/DD/YYYY? I've tried to find an option for it, but haven't been able to find anything. Sorry if it's quite obvious! Thanks in advance!

That isn't determined by Start11. Windows determines that. OK...so how to change?
