Excel problem

When i back to desktop,and then I re-click one excel sheet.The excel not stable,need 2-3 seconds to do adjust.

I check that maybe problem is some excel sheet smaller.

So please advise what can i do?

Also, need more details on your issue. Happen with only how many Excel groupy tabs? Specific excel file or any excel file? Groupy with what other application. Also, it better to post a video capture on this issue so we can understand it better.

Please find the video for your refrence.

The whole process is that i uaually open 3-5 excel goupy tabs,sometimes i need back to desktop to find someting.When i click Excel again,i found that the excel tabs will flicker at 2 or 3 seconds.It not stable.

Please help to advise the solution,thanks a lot!

I remembered doing this does help. Maybe you can check and disable it if you have the option in your Excel turned on.
