Custom tile images

Good morning everyone,

I use Stardock on two different PCs. I can't understand why the image (specifically the spotify one) is not loaded on one of the two PCs when I put the large icon. On the other PC where I use Stardock, the Spotify image is automatically loaded tile (as if it were the default Windows one).

I saw that it is a function that is still being tested, I wanted to understand why it only works on a PC and if I can do something to fix it.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. I'll try to explain myself better.

Currently on both PCs I use the experimental Windows menu tile feature, Win10 style. 

When I activate this option, on a PC, the Spotify tile icon automatically changes. In place of the icon (as in the screen) the word Spotify appears larger and more extensive.

In this case, however, the icon remains unchanged, whether the function is active or not.

This is the icon that appears on the other PC I use when I activate the feature.

PS. I PUT A CUSTOM TILE AS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW IT LOOKS ON THE SECOND PC.

Right now I'm using Start11 version 1.39.1, on Windows 11.

It may be the second install simply doesn't have the image set by Spotify.

Different versions of Spotify may do things differently.

You could pick an image manually in Start11 instead.

Wuala. It was that simple. I hadn't really thought about it. I uninstalled Spotify and reinstalled from the Microsoft Store and the logo came up.
