Clicking on Folder Portal documents issue

when I click a document on folder portal (capture #1),

document file works as a sub folder(capture #2) and show popup 'file download'(capture #3)

If I press open or cancel button, fences folder portal's location is on the document file, (capture #2)

and show this popup again. (capture #3)

so I have to press Up arrow button on folder portal (capture #2)

On ver 4.07, when I click documents, explorer.exe crashes immediately, I think

but ver 4.10, explorer.exe crashes after popup 'file download' is closed, or sometime it dosen't crash
