Question about payment and availability on steam for WindowBlinds 11 and Object Desktop

I'm wondering if its a one time payment? And if its possible to get Object desktop on steam any time soon?  Also, are the apps in Object all in one software? or do I have to run each one to change each aspect?  if its the latter then can they work while off?

Object Desktop is pack of multiple software which can be manage/install/update by one Software : Object Desktop Manager. But, Individual software can be manage individually at the same time. You can pick and choose any software from the pack to run in a system. You do not need to install all of it in the same system for it to work.

If you asking about Windowblinds11. I believe, Windowblinds will need to be running in the background for it to work.
