This Operation Has Been Cancelled

I'm running Win 11 Version 22H2 OS Build 22623.1325

When I try to install the app, I get an error message stating that "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this device"

I've searched Google but the closest I've come to finding a solution is something about editing my Group Policy. Once I figured out how to even get to it I couldn't figure out where to go from there. So please, any help would be appreciated!
