Non-Eligible for Upgrade?
I think it may be because my Fences 3 key was purchased when I had another email tied to my account, but I do have the key here on my account right now but it still says I'm not eligible for the upgrade?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you check your email using this method does Fences 3 appear in there? Product key lookup https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#gettingproducts.
If it appear in there, and yet, you not entitle for discount on Fences 4. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the ask question option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
