I downloaded the Start11 app based on an article that stated the Taskbar could be relocated to the left side of the monitor. I am unable to do that. Is that a function of the software?

No thats never been a feature of Start11 on Windows 11.
Which article mentioned that?
I went back to the article and it mentioned both TaskBar11 and Start11 for customizations and I just selected the incorrect link. However, I downloaded TaskBar11 from GitHub and it does not support what I want either.
